Both men and women can struggle to live a healthy lifestyle. When so many of us spend the majority of our time
in an office chair and cooped up indoors we can easily overlook the importance of our health.
However, life expectancy is shorter for men than women, and therefore it’s important for men to keep a close eye

It can be difficult to incorporate exercise into our routines, especially as we get older. However, exercising is essential to living a healthy lifestyle and has many

partner or mental health professional.
