Cycling is smooth very popular sports activity for fitness. But due to the speeds involved it can also be
dangerous too. Remember that you share the road with car and vehicles users that are not always aware of the
presence of cyclists.

It is important to invest in property safety gear like gloves, helmets, and knee pads. If you are cycling

It is important when practicing yoga that you take responsibility for your safety and do not move your body past
its limits. If you have any injuries, make your instructor aware before you start the class. Or you can suffer strains, dislocations, and other joint issues and make any existing problems
